  1. I was in an abusive marriage for over a decade. I have ptsd and developed a thyroid nodule after I left.
    My cortisol is so high, I have 8 kids and my own business … I’m now remarried and in a happy relationship but the high cortisol and effects didn’t hit me hard until the year after I left my ex.
    I found macca root helped me through the years of abuse, magnesium and lemon balm. But at the moment I feel like nothing helps.
    I’m struggling to lose the weight from my last baby which is not normal for me, I’m always tired, I wake up tired. Drink 3 coffees a day etc

  2. I would stay away from all adaptogen’s. If you take a overdose you will end up with permanent neurological damage like physical head numbness also emotional numbness due to their effects on your neurotransmitters. ADAPTOGENS: a class of herbs that claim to reduce stress and anxiety but actually will numb you as a substitute. Herbs such as ashwagandha,rhodiola,reishi,eleuthero,
    ginseng, lions mane. Stay away from it all. It’s just as bad as benzos but not many people know this. It’s advertised as all natural herbs that cause no harm. Their found in herbal supplements, adaptogenic blends, supposed natural sleeping pills, and vitamin supplements.
