  1. Hi dr Andrea, great video on Turmeric! Great channel!
I love Turmeric, I used to make turmeric latte to stop any pain naturally.
    Turmeric contains the chemical curcumin.
Curcumin and other chemicals in turmeric might decrease swelling (inflammation).
To intensify its benefit, it must be consumed with black pepper.

  2. I have some tumeric gummies and no black pepper is needed. An herbalist told me it depends on how tumeric is processed. My brand does not require black pepper. I only have to use 2 per day.

  3. you have to use a binder with tumeric like fats oils , i have a mix i make ,, i mix tumeric , flax meal , chea seeds apple cider vinigar m c t oil and a mix of lemon lime and mix it all together them just before eating in i mix it with greek yogart , ,

  4. Thank you for your straight talk about supplements such as these. It pays to be cautious indeed regarding supplements. As noted, they are substantially unregulated.
