I love the ICE (in case of emergency) page, and I was also thinking of making little ICE cards/emergency health info cards with a more condensed version of all the important info, then laminating it (aka putting clear packing tape either side lol) and making copies to put in a card holder on my phone case, my wallet, glove box, bags, etc. Yes it has a lot of the same info as my driver’s license, but important info like if you’re diabetic (im prediabetic), have POTS, anemia, or any type of physical/mental health conditions that you’re taking meds for plus your blood type, allergies, and ICE contact phone numbers is such valuable info to have if, God forbid anything happens and first responders/ER staff need it.

    Love the video, and I’ve been thinking of starting my own health bujo to keep track of my health and symptoms, and I’m so glad I’m not the only one who’s thought of this. Really love the versatility of the bullet journal method for this <33 (edit: spelling)
