  2. I have a question on turmeric. I watched a video from a nutritionist and she was saying that you should mix it with some fat to get the best benefit from it. I was wondering if you could comment on that. I like yourself, am in Medicine.

  3. I had gallstones in 1995 and before my gallbladder removal surgery, I took high doses of curcumin for several weeks. (I don’t remember how I heard about that being helpful.) I’m almost certain it took care of my issue because I had no more symptoms at the time of surgery. I tried telling my doctor and asked if I could get the test to see if they were gone and he just brushed it aside and pushed through with removing my gallbladder.
