The (doxylamine ) works the best for me and my wife. Benadryl quit working for both of us. Also do 3 mg melitonin. Doxlamine is available from Amazon, most of the unisom available today has the same ingrediant as benadryl.
Why would you recommend two out of three sleep Meds that are known to be associated with long term brain problems such as dementia.
