What a horrible “how to” video!!!! Where’s the CPAP mask? The whole point of this mask is to use with CPAP, so why is that not in the video? How does it fit with the mask? What masks does it fit with? These questions are NOT answered. Your marketing department seems to really be out of touch with your potential customer base! “Lets make a mask for use with CPAPS but not market the use with CPAPS!”
Ive owned three of these eye masks. Its the same story each time: they start our great but then break after 7-9 months. First mask broke where the strap goes through the plastic. Next two mask slowly lose their shape as the soft plastic ages. I took very good care of these eye masks, so it isn’t how I store or treat these masks. If you want to spend $$$ every 7-9 months for a new one, get this mask. They do work, but they dont last. (Side note, I cant figure out who to contact regarding the poor product durability.)
