  1. Wow that’s really interesting, some new ideas there for me!! Might look into getting a little red lamp then… my dad used to use an infra-red lamp when i was a kid! For me, no question it’s regular strength training and barefoot yoga (with lots of one foot balancing exercises) and a sauna a few times a week when I have time after a workout!! When I have a bit of a niggle, like after smashing my marathon PB for example😁, I might spend a couple of hours on the elliptical machine instead of running for a day or a few, but I must say that usually a Body Pump class followed by a Body Balance class and then a sauna fixes up almost every niggle like a dream!!!

  2. I’ve got to be honest here Chris. I’m approaching 40 and I’ve been running all my life. I’ve never used any gadgets or done anything other than run and have had no setbacks or issues. How much is all this stuff actually needed?
