The biggest issues I have with electrolytes is that now that they are marketed towards fitness people trying to lose weight most of them are really low on calories using sweetener, but for athletes the recommendation are to drink electrolytes with sugar (different types of sugar, and different proportion and amount depending on the sport), and hading sugar to electrolytes with sweetener just taste terrible like straight up sirup
