    I guess I’m the only one on planet Earth that doesn’t feel an affect from melatonin supplementation.

  3. I have had severe insomnia for years. I think people know how detrimental it is to our health already. I wish ppl would just talk how to remedy it. IT STRESSES US OUT MORE hearing all the potential problems it causes. So I’ll by pass half the video to get to suggestions.
