  1. most people don’t play just one instrument of a supplement,, as in mind-altering ingredients,, many different kinds,, some people use them all together,, some people use them one at a time,, you won’t know which one to blame anything on,, you might think so but you don’t know so,, if a rock hit you in the head falling out of the sky it’s was a bird ? it’s was a plane ? Superman did it 😮😅

  2. Ive been taking ashwagandha 3grams everyday for 2 years, I used to previously take 6grams. I remember when I started it felt very bitter taste, now I feel it like water. Good energy, mood I honestly don’t know what it is doing to my body I’m just taking it 😂.
