  2. You probably don’t do face kobido massage. It’s known for the best results for not having mimic wrinkles and better microcirculation

  3. Off the top of my head, some things that have helped me and my problems recently are

    1. Cannabis – helped me walk again (broke knee), helped jaw realign (broke jaw), helped fix posture + helped other problems and problems I didn’t know I had (mentally & physically)

    2. Derma rolling (for hair loss)
    I did try other things too (hims chewys, regaine, caffeine shampoo) but I think derma rolling + daily combing helped the most, could’ve been the combination tho. + lifestyle changes (diet, no stress)

    I’ve been through some shit but deffo on the mend now.

    I’d say the only problem I have now is with sleep but theres a lot of reasons why I’m not sleeping properly which will be hard to fix unfortunately, but I’m a fighter and will keep trying.
