WHAT IS DISCUSSED IN THIS VIDEO
Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) is one of the most common causes of dry eye. One of the most common at home dry eye treatments is a warm compress and eyelid massage. Renpho (and other brands) combine these into one mask plus some relaxation settings. The question: is the heat and eyelid massage effective enough to help with dry eyes? Warm compresses need to keep heat at a temp between 40-45 deggres Celsius for 15 minutes, and the eyelid massage should be very gentle to avoid additional eye problems.

  1. I love my Renpho and have MGD for over 20 years, I hate vibration so don’t have that on, I have now updated to Aris 3 (sorry if spelt wrong) you can on both turn the pressure onto low and on my newer Renpho, I can turn the pressure off on the eye and just have the temples being massaged. I normally have high heat turned on. I use everyday and wouldn’t be without it.

  2. This stuff made by Chinese companies so definitely expect a disappointment. Panasonic made superior eye massager but that require import from Japan but when this piece of crap is $100 you don’t pay much more for a Panasonic stuff

  3. Bought eyeris1 today for about 45 USD… At first didn’t like the pressure it feels tight… I tried to loose up a bit but still find it pressure for my taste… I use the heat option for 15 min and then followed by a light massage. Not sure if it’s for me yet I would need to try it for a week or so otherwise return it . 😂
