  2. Does anyone know anything about an inability to act when stressed? I seem unable to experience anger in response to stress which seems to mean I internalise it, and as a result my survival strategy is to avoid stress which has been very costly, and only exacerbates my stress intolerance

  3. Are some people incapable of releasing stress?

    If I feel stressed about something it stays with me for months and years
