  1. Thank you, Dr. Price. Is your wife a vegan as well, if you are married? Just know that it’s helpful when everyone is like-minded about healthy eating.

  2. Hemp seeds and hemp seed tonics are worthy investments. It has omega 3’s like chia seeds, to help protect the cardiovascular system, amongst many other benefits.
    Pro tip: soak the chia seeds, never eat them as is, because they will soak up water from your body. I just learned that.

  3. Let’s not forget to always put everything in prayer even our meals. We surrender our all to the creator our God and ask for HIS blessings and protection for all things good and bad.

  4. Would want to ask the doctor why vegan chicken, because in one of his lectures he said not to eat vegan…when is it good and when isn’t…he also said not to eat fried, but some of the food he’s mentioning here is fried …
